 Want to reserve your new home at The Plantation at Horse Pen Creek? Here’s what you’ll need: Application Fee: $50 per applicant. Must be 21 to apply. Occupants under the age of 21 but over the age of 18 must also fill out an application. This is a non-refundable fee that covers the costs involved with pulling your credit report and criminal background check.Reservation Fee: Upon approval of your application, a non-refundable fee in the amount of $150 is required for us to reserve your new home for you. Security Deposit: Our standard deposit is $200. In some cases, a higher deposit may be required. **No cash accepted. Please arrange for payments to be made via check, money order, or online at www.rentpayment.com  Bringing a pet? We allow up to 2 pets per home, not to exceed a 70-lb weight limit. No aggressive breeds accepted. Not all pets are allowed, please call a member of our team for more information!
